Fiscally sponsored programs can accept donor-advised funds by utilizing our account on Chariot.
NOPI partners with Chariot to facilitate donor-advised fund-giving during the online donation process. Chariot is only available for verified 501c3s, meaning fiscally sponsored programs without a 501c3 status must utilize NOPI's Chariot account to accept DAFs online.
The options below may be used to facilitate DAF giving on your fiscally sponsored program's website.
Option 1: Direct donors to thenopi.org/donate
- Direct donors to NOPI's general fundraising form at https://thenopi.org/donate or text NOPI to 53-555 to donate. A QR code can also be posted at fundraising events (download here).
- After choosing an amount and frequency, donors may select your program/org from the funds dropdown list, as shown below.
- After donors select continue, they may choose Donor-advised fund (DAF Pay) from the payment methods.
Option 2: Embed NOPI Givebutter Code on Website
Contact us to receive a dedicated form code for your website to accept donations via Givebutter with the Chariot integration. See this in action here (when we create this code for you, only your program/org will be listed).
Option 3: Embed Chariot Code on Website
The Chariot Button is enabled by a few lines of code that can be added directly to your website. Just paste the following code into the desired webpage.
