Healthcare Benefits

Does NOPI offer healthcare benefits to employees of fiscally sponsored programs?

All programs with employees accessing healthcare benefits must provide 100% of their eligible employees' monthly premiums for the base healthcare plan.

Employees are eligible for benefits 30 days after hire, after the 1st of the month (must complete two payroll cycles), or after a qualifying event, and must work at least 20 hours per week.
