The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) requires companies to provide employees with notices of their rights. With most NOPI employees working remotely, NOPI utilizes electronic postings to satisfy this requirement.

When only some workers are remote, the DOL encourages using digital postings to supplement paper posters that must be displayed in the office.
