Employee Benefits

An overview of benefits for our fiscally sponsored employees.

Updated 1/2026 - Currently under review.

Eligibility
Employees are eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days of employment (after completing two payroll cycles) or following a qualifying life event (QLE), and must work an average of at least 20 hours per week. Retirement benefits are an exception—all employees are eligible.

401(k) is available to all employees, regardless of hours worked.

Unlike our group benefits, which are limited to employees, Aflac supplemental coverage is available to employees and independent contractors.
