Does NOPI offer healthcare benefits to employees of fiscally sponsored programs?

The ACA requires organizations to meet specific minimums to offer an insurance plan for health care benefits. All programs with employees accessing healthcare benefits must provide 100% of their eligible employee's monthly premium for the base healthcare plan. If not enough employees meet participation requirements set by the insurance carrier, we may be unable to offer your employees health insurance.

Employees are eligible for benefits 30 days after hire, after the 1st of the month (must complete two payroll cycles), or after a qualifying event, and must work at least 20 hours per week.
