Help for Missing Payments

Troubleshooting payment issues with vendors and contractors.

At NOPI, we use Melio.com to facilitate payments via free bank transfers and low-cost paper checks to vendors and contractors. If a payee hasn’t received a payment, the most common reason is that they haven’t accepted the payment through the notification email sent by Melio.

Steps to Resolve Missing Payments

  1. What will my vendors see when payments are delivered?

  2. Check the Payee’s Inbox and Spam Folder.
    Ask the payee to search their inbox and spam/junk folder for the payment notification email from Melio. This is often where the issue can be resolved.

  3. Payment Still Not Received?
    If the payee cannot locate the notification, they can contact us directly for assistance at support@thenopi.org. We’ll be happy to help reissue the payment and ensure they receive the funds promptly.
