Search Email: Often, the payment notification from Mazlo is tucked away in the payee's Spam or Junk folder. Here is what the emails will look like:

Get Support: If the payment still isn't located, the payee can reach out to support@thenopi.org for a direct investigation. Support@mazlo.com is the best email option for platform related issues.
