Mailchimp offers a 15% discount to verified nonprofit organizations and charities.
To submit a request for a nonprofit discount, visit this contact form and select Billing. Under Billing, select Nonprofit Discount Requests, and click Access our contact form. The approval process varies depending on your location. You'll need to provide a copy of our official 501c3 determination letter.
Add sales tax exemption.
You'll need to scan and email our completed forms to Mailchimp at UStax@mailchimp.com. Please use "Nonprofit Exemption Documentation" as the subject line, and include your Mailchimp username in the email's body.

Get the Security discount.
Mailchimp also offers a 10% discount when the account Owner and all account Admins set up two-factor authentication. The discount is active for one month and will automatically apply to your marketing plan renewal or purchase. If you remove two-factor authentication or don't purchase before the discount expires, the discount will be void. Certain features are not eligible for this discount. Restrictions apply.
