Minimum Contribution Requirement

Contribution minimums serve a dual purpose: offsetting the costs of our support while incentivizing fundraising efforts to achieve long-term financial sustainability for fiscally sponsored organizations.

The $100 monthly minimum can be fundraised, and preferably so, as that is the catalyst for this clause. We want to ensure our programs are sustainable without founders and EDs contributing their own funds, although perfectly acceptable.

The $100 monthly minimum is waived for programs raising more than $1,000 per month or $12,000 per year. Any $100 per month contributed is refunded to the program after $12,000 is raised in a contractual year.

If you have extenuating circumstances for meeting the minimum contribution by the end of each month, just let us know, and we will work with you (especially in a grant-award situation).
