# Backing Up Designs in Canva

## Protect Your Designs: Share, Save, and Safeguard Your Work in Canva.

**Please be sure to always share your designs in Canva with your fellow team members!** Sharing your designs not only fosters collaboration and creativity within the team but also ensures that all members have access to important projects and resources.

**Designs not shared with your team members can be permanently deleted if your Canva email is changed or deleted.** This situation can lead to significant setbacks, especially if the designs are crucial for ongoing projects or presentations. To avoid this risk, we encourage you to [utilize the sharing features within Canva](https://www.canva.com/help/team-sharing/) effectively.

As Canva is a third-party platform, and access to our Canva Pro subscription is simply a benefit we offer to our fiscally sponsored programs, NOPI cannot be responsible for any loss of designs or technical issues with the platform itself. Therefore, it is essential to take proactive steps to safeguard your work.
