NOPI offers flexible paid time off (PTO) to support employee well-being and work-life balance for employees who regularly work at least 20 hours per week.
Flexible PTO:

Does not accrue

Has no annual balance

Requires manager approval

May generally be taken for up to 10 consecutive business days

May be used for vacation, personal time, short-term illness, appointments, or personal matters
Requests for PTO should be submitted in advance when possible and coordinated with workload and coverage needs.
Flexible PTO is not paid out upon separation from employment.
State-Mandated Paid Sick Leave
In addition to flexible PTO, employees are provided paid sick leave as required by applicable state or local law.
State-mandated sick leave:

Employees are encouraged to use sick leave when needed to care for themselves or eligible family members.
